- Damage During Transport: In the unlikely event that your two-wheeler is damaged during transit due to our negligence, we will provide compensation based on the repair costs or the declared value of your vehicle, in addition to a refund for the transport service if applicable.
- Service Not Rendered: If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the service as booked and confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Cancellations made after the service has commenced or after the vehicle has been picked up.
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle that was not reported prior to the transport service.
- Failure to provide accurate information regarding pick-up or delivery locations, resulting in service disruptions.
